Christmas/Holiday Party

Just recently, I attended one of my best friend's Christmas/Holiday party. Her name is Jordyn, and I have been to 2 of her other parties prior. This time, we did many holiday activities and games, such as a gingerbread decorating contest, white elephant game, drinking hot chocolate, and watching a Christmas movie. A few of my other friends from school also came, so it was a fun time celebrating the early holidays with them.

Jordyn, her cousion, our friend Gabbi, and our friend Saana were the attendees this time, along with Jordyn's brother and some of his friends. The party started at 5, and we started off with her mom's homemade alfredo pasta. It was honestly one of the best I have tried, and I personally loved it.

Then, we started our gingerbread house decorating contest, having the boys against the girls. For our house, we made it pink and blue, cute, neat, and overall pleasing to look at. The boys went crazy with theirs, throwing stuff, and just making a huge mess. Everyone was sure who the winners were, as it was pretty clear. However, the adults there judged and picked the winner to be the boys! Why? No one knew, ours was way better. They all received gift cards (which should have went to us).
