The haunted house for sale (My school project)

 In my language arts class we have recently started our first essay. We had to pretend to sell a haunted house and make up a whole setting. I tried to my haunted house like a magical mansion because we were trying not to tell the buyer that is not a haunted house. I also made up the city and the builder of the house.

 

Do you ever want to experience what it would be like to live in a unique and magical house? Well I have the perfect house for you. This 1400 Victorian mansion is one of a kind house. This 2 story mansion located in New Jersey and was built by famous architect, George Lord. This giant house has 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all filled with magical floating furniture. It is overlooking a small pond and is located in a silent neighborhood in the city of Lily. 

 

The outside of the mansion has a giant fence that keeps burglars and new people to the city out but don’t worry, if you put in the pass code it won’t hurt your family. You also have your own mini garden to grow your own plants along with a pumpkin patch. There are also spider webs that the kind spiders have made.  You may have noticed that there are gravestones that honor the officers that have died in the city of Lily. Lastly, you have a big swimming pool with mysterious floating floats and rafts in the backyard. Now that you’ve seen the outside of the house let's take a look inside.

 

The inside of the mansion is a magical place to be. The house is fully furnished with two stories and 20 rooms. The giant house will make you feel like you are at a magical hotel. It has 10 bedrooms, a ghost maid and butler, 5 bathrooms with floating water, 2 kitchens each with a skeleton chef, a private movie theater with service spiders, and 2 living rooms to relax on the floating furniture. It also has a basement and attic where you can explore all the floating and scary furniture.

 

 Now that you’ve seen the entire house let's talk about the price and dimensions. It is a very fair price because we have lowered it by a lot. It is now $900,000 and used to be $1,000,000.
