As we all know the Coronavirus has been spreading to many different cities, states, and countries.   In the city I live in there is a shocking 1,146 confirmed cases of the Coronavirus. Even though it is very boring to stay at home all the time I have done some fun things that make me happy. Some of the most fun things I have been doing are making slime, playing Roblox, doing school work, drawing, and chatting with my friends. Slime I love to make slime because I find it very fun to be able to see glue turn into a solid ball using science. Since Quarantine started I have been making many different textures of slime because my mom bought me some new supplies to make cloud slime and fishbowl slime. Since I love slime so much I have a container full of my supplies and slimes. My friend had a birthday party starring slime and I got to be a helper with my other friends. On Tuesday 8-18-20 I started my first day of 5 th grade. We had to do it virtually and some things went wrong. But overall I had a really good first week and I really liked my teacher. I am still going to the school called Stephen Foster Elementary school but I have different teachers and different classmates. This year my homeroom teacher is Mrs. Bomgaars. My 2 other teachers are Mrs. P. for 2 nd period and Mrs. Palmer for 3 rd period. Overall the strictest teacher is Mrs. P because she has been a fifth grade teacher the longest. When we first got on our meet we did half of attendance because our teacher’s internet was not so good. She was really glitch and her voice kept cutting out but we just had to try to ignore that.   After she got kicked out of the meeting, she just gave us so work to do on Google classroom. We just did the work independently and came back to the meeting at a certain time. By then our teacher had moved to another room to see if it would help. Wh...

My birthday has just passed and now I am officially 10 years old!! But I had some great times and memories when I was 9. I had some experiences that I would never get to do again. But there were also some bad times. My experiences I had many fun vacations, field trips, and just fun times with my family and friends. I really enjoyed the time that I went with my mom and sister on a cruise to Ensenada in Mexico. We got to visit a blowhole, eat yummy food, and have a 4 th of July celebration (Because we were on the ship on 4 th of July).   Another fun vacation was when we went to Palm Springs for a few days. We got to take the tram up to a mountain and we played in snow. The next day we went to the Palm Springs Zoo. We saw many cool animals and plants. The last day we went hiking at the Indian Canyons. It was beautiful and we saw a little creek and many mountains. I have only been on like 2 field trips when I was 9 but I really liked the time that my whole class went to Ran...

I have many kind and helpful friends that I have made. Some of my friends are even my other friend’s friend. These are the friends that I hang out with the most. Usually I hang out with my friends Ivy, Sofia, Rylee, Ella, and Chloe. I met sofia in Pre school and we ended up going to the same elementary school. Sofia met my newer friend Ivy at her after school day care. Sofia introduced me to her   and we are now friends. Rylee was Soia and Ivy’s friend and we like to hang out as a group together now. I met Ella in Kindergarten but we were not like friends at that time. We became friends in 2nd grade because we were in the same class again. I met Chloe because Ivy introduced me into her. We realized we lived right across the street from each other. I have many other friends but these are my best friends and I like to hang out with them most of the time.
